To configure story settings from within SoCreate Screenwriting Software:
Click the SoCreate logo in the upper left-hand corner of your screen.
Click “Settings.”
Under profile settings, you can choose between two keyboard shortcut settings, including SoCreate and Final Draft.
Under story settings, you can change your story type to a movie, TV show, or short film.
You can also change your story status from “in progress” to “complete.”
Under numbering preference, decide whether you’d like story structure elements, such as acts, scenes, and sequences, to be numbered continuously or repeated with each new act.
Finally, choose whether you’d like to keep your story private or make it public.
Click anywhere outside of the settings panel to exit.
