Sundance Institute

Sundance Institute seeks an Episodic Intern. The Episodic Intern is charged with providing support to the Episodic Program at the Sundance Institute. Interns participate in department activities, including the screenplay review process, with the goal of learning how to track submissions, evaluate episodic material, and provide feedback for work-in-progress pilot scripts. Additionally, interns will gain insight into the TV industry and sharpen professional skills as essential members of the Episodic team. This internship is paid and provides some benefits. Social Media Intern

Rough Diamond Productions/Management seeks a Summer 2022 Social Media Intern. This internship is unpaid and for school credit only. Minimum three months, two to three days a week. Starts ASAP. Regular intern activities: Posting/scheduling social media on three multiple different accounts and social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook), basic video editing, social media campaign management, and graphic design. Production Intern

Regular intern activities: various pre-production tasks, identifying potential locations to be scouted, casting assistance, creating presentations and pitches, research, organization of directing materials, putting together visual references for heads of departments, budgeting and scheduling, and helping out on set. Emmy-Nominated Director Seeks Development Intern

An Emmy-nominated director seeks a development intern for a scripted historical miniseries. This is an eight-week unpaid internship for a candidate who is interested in learning story and performing historical research. Intern’s responsibilities include interviewing people, reading, and outreach. The intern will work from home and should be a self-starter, ambitious, detail-oriented, organized, and creative. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting managers with organizational and office maintenance tasks, script coverage, and updating client grids and materials. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university. You will be working closely with the assistants and have the opportunity to learn from them. Oscar-winning film and television studio Picture Perfect Federation seeks summer 2022 interns for a remote, unpaid position. Learn the skills necessary for a career in development, including script coverage and analysis, giving notes, pitching projects, etc. The studio is looking for summer semester interns to start in May but is flexible on start and end dates. DDO Artists Agency is seeking a part-time intern for the LA Youth Department, which encompasses film, television, commercial, voice-over, and print divisions. The position is remote, so candidates willing to work on Pacific Standard Time are welcome to apply. The work environment is casual but can become fast-paced, with interns expected to interface with department agents, assistants, and clients, and learn about contracts, unions, and relationships between agents and casting. Paradiso

Paradiso is a narrative podcast production studio specializing in fiction, documentary, and kids content based in LA and Paris. Since inception, Paradiso has released 40+ commissioned, original, and branded podcasts, working with partners including Spotify, Audible, Stitcher, Deezer and Facebook. Additionally, Paradiso is developing an ambitious slate of scripted and unscripted projects, working with a diverse array of partners including writers, directors, talent and other media companies. Paradiso US is seeking a interns for summer 2022 to work with its team on sourcing new ideas, reviewing submissions, and assisting with production tasks. This is a great opportunity for students interested in pursuing careers in production, podcasting, radio, or creative work across film, TV or digital. Interns will have ample access to company meetings and goings on. Potential duties include: script coverage, industry research, schedule recordings, edit audio, manage files systems, help with licensing and clearances and assisting in the creation of pitch decks and social media assets. Ideal candidates have some background in audio development or production (experience editing in Pro Tools is preferred but not required), are strong writers, great communicators, and team players with a no-task-is-too-small attitude.  Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and school credit is mandatory. Minimum 2 days per week required. Interns will work remotely with occasional in-person opportunities for interns based in LA or in NY, depending on COVID protocols and work necessities. This is a  hybrid two to three days per week program, with an option to be fully remote. Hours are 10 am-5 pm PT. The program is unpaid but can offer school credit. A Los Angeles-based production company is seeking remote development and production interns for summer 2022. The company's slate consists of musical & sci-fi projects across TV,  film, comics, audio-dramas, and theatre including Broadway. Responsibilities include coverage, research,  participation in meetings, and assisting with talent lists, pitch materials, and various opportunities to assist the PA. Park Artists Group seeks a qualified intern to join its boutique talent agency with operations in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and the Southeast. The agency is currently receiving applications for July and beyond. The full-service agency represents a range of actors, procuring jobs for and strategizing the placement of its clients into various theatrical projects (film, TV, theatre, etc.) via Breakdown Express and commercials via Casting Networks. This is a virtual internship. Seeking an intern who is interested in learning about the various stages of the booking process. This internship is unpaid and requires a four-month commitment of 18-20 hours per week spread over four to five days each week.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with problem-solving skills, be very detail-oriented, efficient, and well organized. The candidate must also have a genuine interest in talent representation and a professional attitude.
